The location of the hotel is superb! It is very close to a central road to have great transport links to the city and the main attractions (bus 30, 69 and 95) and two metro stations nearby, and at the same time, it is in a very quiet street so you don't hear the noise from the street and can sleep with calm. It is within 5 minutes of Moulin Rouge and more importantly close to shops (boulangeries, patisseries, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets). It was a great experience to walk on the streets of Montmartre and buy baguettes and croissants from local boulangeries or have coffee at beautiful cafes with seats outside to enjoy the sun. The size of the room is great. It is like a studio and the kitchen facilities are very useful. The room was very clean too, and the cleaning facility also cleaned our room during our stay (we stayed 6 days) and also fixed the toilet flush which we forgot to report. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. In addition, we asked beforehand to have a room with a view (as our flat looks directly at another building and we wanted a change for our trip) and the staff gave us a great room with a splendid view of the blue sky of Paris and the top floors of some buildings (but not directly) so we could feel the Paris vibes. We were very lucky to have sunny weather during our stay and the room was filled with sunshine as we took breakfast.

The location was good because we were tucked in a cul de sac next to the cemetery, which made it quiet at night even though it was close to sex shops and bars. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace when it was open for use, and the breakfast was convenient and acceptable. The room was soundproof and comfortable. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower and sink area. The kitchenette had all the supplies we needed for cooking, plus an electric kettle, which is always a bonus for us. The bed and sheets were comfortable, too. We also enjoyed walking everywhere in every direction, like to the Sacré-Coeur Basillica. It was nice to see the Eiffel Tower and Basillica from a distance on the rooftop terrace.

Location is amazing for Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur areas. Close to metro and about 15 mins cab ride from Gare Du Nord. I booked 7 one bedroom studio 'apartments' so each had a little kitchen area with a fridge / sink , kettle and hob ring. There was a toilet seperate to each bathroom which is a bonus I was not expecting - thank you Lovely large double bed in each room and a desk area It was all very clean. Large area for hanging clothes / coats etc and storing luggage - so that was much better than expected given the city central area. Breakfast was reasonable - but could have been a bit better

The hotel is in a quiet cul de sac but just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Montmartre. We also loved the little kitchen area in our room which was really well equipped. The bedroom was a very good size by Paris standards as well with a super-comfy bed. A nice feature of the hotel is that free tea and coffee is available downstairs at any time - you just have to take the mugs from your room. There is also a roof terrace on the 8th floor where you get a great view of the Sacré Cœur and the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Moulin Rouge. One can either walk to two stations in walking distance. The room is spacious compared to the average hotel room in paris. Bed is a little bit hard to me, but acceptable. The kitchen is well equipped, and I stored a lot of food in the refrigerator. The only con is the door lock, which smashes when close. This makes a huge noise and wakes me up so many times. Overall, this is a great hotel.
